Camping at Jordanelle
We went camping this weekend at Jordanelle State Park. It was absolutely beautiful--but we didn't like that you had to hike your stuff in! Nonetheless, I was determined to at least get a campfire out of it so we went and stayed one night. While there we went down to the beach and spent some time playing in the sand. It was perfect--great weather, we didn't forget anything, and the kids were pretty good. We even got home early on Saturday so we had time to rest before Annie and Alicia came. Loved it.

What memories this brings back! The packing up, the setting up, the taking down. All the same amount of work whether you stay one night or 4! So glad you took them. It's just nice to get away and observe the beauty, isn't it? Glad it didn't rain on you guys! And Tori with the s'more is just priceless!:)
